Sometimes before we can reach calm or resolution, there needs to turbulence, disruption and expression. Our ability to navigate our own distress, is the gift that will transform our experience.
Natalia shares, from her experience of recovering from physical and mental illness how to build a map of healing; to look for the signs of progress and imminent change, to create a conscious container for integration, in order to integrate the body, mind, and spirit to process and assimilate newfound patterns.
